Yoga was introduced in my life after a car accident in 2009 which led to severe chronic back pain. After seeing the benefits, I quickly developed a passion for yoga which led into a daily practice for pain management. In 2018, I embarked onto a new career as a sports massage therapist developing knowledge of the body & chronic pain management which has led to a successful complementary therapy business.
My journey of yoga developed deeper when I discovered the mental and spiritual benefits following from PTSD and mental health issues back in 2020. In 2022, qualified as a 250 hour meditation teacher and decided to take the plunge to train as a 200 hour yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance International to give back this opportunity to others.
My classes combine play, space and stillness in a mindfulness Hatha flow style. The style of yoga is playful and fun whilst allowing you to go deeper into yourself and start on a journey of self-discovery. There is a strong focus on breath, mindful movement and meditation, aiming to bring the practice off the mat and into our daily live
In all classes, the aim is to offer accessible yoga for all walks of life expelling the notion that 'yoga is just for bendy people!'. All classes ensures yoga is available to everyone by meeting them where they are at, creating inclusiveness and community feel. We explore and go beyond just physical asana by combining a balance of flexibility, connection and release to create a deeper practice. I will create space for you to explore your body in a safe and empowering way leaving you feeling nourished.

All private yoga classes take place in the comfort of your own home. No need to leave the house and take extra time out of you day to travel. Emma will come to you at your convenience. DBS check and references available upon request.
A consultation will take place to discuss your goals & needs. Each session will take place at your home either every week, fortnight or month. Each session is bespoke and adapted to what you would like to work on specifically. You will receive a printed copy of your class plan from your session with additional handouts where applicable. On session 4, we evaluate your progress and review the sessions so far.
